Come work with us designing and building amazing Screen Enclosures, Summer kitchens, Pergolas and Glass Rooms! No experience is required. We will teach you and you'll earn great money doing it! We are looking for self motivated, positive, career minded individuals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Greets and engages visitors to establish relationships and assists outside sales representatives
- Assists sales representatives with administrative aspects of the sales office including: answering phones, scheduling appointments, coordinating with homeowners and project managers.
- Provides timely and consistent follow through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities
- Stays abreast of all community and product knowledge required to answer customer questions
- Enters information into CRM, documents daily traffic and assists community sales representatives with reports and information summaries to management
- Qualifying Clients, estimating, providing detailed proposals
- Negotiating with Trades, understanding design principles
