We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to develop into our top sales representative as the business grows. Experience helps but what we’re most interested in is a strong work ethic and a burning desire for success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to source and secure new clients.
- Call and follow up with leads. (Leads are supplied; lead generation is a plus.)
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and propose appropriate restoration services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and solutions.
- Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure services are proposed accurately and meet client expectations.
- Participate in local and regional networking events to promote our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- 21 Years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License & a clean driving record is required.
- Sales experience, preferably in the restoration field but not required.
- Experience in the property restoration and/or construction (fire & water) industry is a PLUS.
- Strong understanding of the construction or property maintenance sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, clear speaking and writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Adjuster’s license preferred but not required.
- Experience with Xactimate & Encircle software is a plus.
- Industry certifications are a plus.
