We are a full service SIU & Investigation Agency (headquartered in Jacksonville) specializing in SIU investigations and are currently seeking an Investigations Manager (working field position) whose primary responsibilities will include:
Strict enforcement of company policies and procedures and Investigative Statues for multiple states.
Manage and oversee Field Staff and Field Supervisor.
HR issues including but not limited to hiring and termination
Training and Evaluations of field staff
Video reviews
Weekend/after hour investigative supervision
Assist internal staff with complex investigations
Successful candidates must possess the following:
Must currently maintain a Florida Class “C” license, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in insurance surveillance/investigations and prior SIU experience preferred.
We are seeking a no-nonsense manager with excellent time-management skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proven leadership skills, exceptional display of character, possess and follow a set of high standards and leads by example.
Candidate must have full knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and be internet proficient.
Candidates MUST reside in the Jacksonville metro area.
Salary commensurate with experience
