Darcco Environmental, Inc is an Abatement Company specializing in Asbestos, Lead and Mold Remediation. We have served the Jacksonville and surrounding areas for over 35 years and are now under new ownership and seeking reliable employees to join our Team. We are presently looking for a front office Administrative / Support Associate. We prefer someone who has worked in an office setting within any of the construction trades (e.g. electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) BUT experience is not required if you have above average critical thinking skills. Your reliability and work performance will be fairly compensated once you have had the chance to prove your dedication. These skills are typically developed within 3 months if not sooner. We are not looking for someone who likes to job hop without meaningful reason. We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and is willing to be proactive in situations versus reactive. This includes actively communicating with management regarding needs and expectations to make you and the Team happy in the workplace. We are looking for someone who wants to enhance their skillset and work with us long term.

We are willing to work with parents who need to transport children to/from school to daycare or home depending on the distance and situational need. We are family oriented and understand life’s demands.

The perfect Candidate should possess and display the following traits:

 Proper English to Communicate over the Phone and in Writing

 Fast Learner - Self-Motivated - Above average Critical Thinking Skills

 Good Penmanship – Able to follow directions and learn

 Good Organizational Skills (to include notetaking as second nature for self enhancement)

 Honest and Reliable - Conscious Control of Time Management

 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook specifically) and Adobe PDF

 Familiar with Peachtree Accounting software or QuickBooks

 Must pass background check and 10-panel drug test

 Reliable transportation

$13.00 / Hr (Entry Level with no experience)

$15.00 / Hr (Mid-level)

$17.00 / Hr (Experienced with Minimal direction needed)

Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4/5 pm (depending on your needs for a lunch break)

40 hours / Vacation-PTO after 1 Year employment

8 Paid Holidays off including your Birthday after 1 year employment

Open Door Policy and Understanding Management

3 Month Probationary Period Evaluation and Annually thereafter.

Potential compensation up to $17/hour with proven dedication and loyalty (Your skillset determines this rate)
