Someone who:
- can knock on doors while we are working (very easy, people can't help hear chainsaws running)
- can prequalify home and business owners if they "Need Tree Work" (that's the whole sales pitch!)
-can follow directions/instructions, be coachable, understand you're not going to "Get Rich Quick"
-has RELYABLE Transportation AND A Valif Drivers LICENSE (No Acceptions)
-has BASIC Computer Skills (Can Read emails on phone, surf the internet), will be able to run a Tablet Provided to them.
-can Wait Until Fridays to be paid both a small weekly salary and also a % of commission on sales that come in.
-is Personable, presentable and more / no acceptions.
-can work SATURDAYS (mandatory) as this is our busiest day of the week - take any other day/s off but sat.
You'll call Dave -and immediately tell him what you drive or he'll know you're not a good fit asap.
If you want to continue just "door knocking," that's fine (full or part time) if you want to knock and sell thats fine also.
We have people that can close for you, and you'll be paid a % of all deals.
For the Wkly paid, you'll need to make calls on our system (with notes) and also validate what you're doing all week like
-handing out flyers, creating jobs to bid, etc or we'll ask you to leave.
