Starting Pay: $16-$22 (Depending on experience and work ethic)

-Physical strength and stamina to operate equipment and carry 18 to 32 foot ladders safely around homes.

We are a small family owned christian business with 2 pressure washing rigs that operate within a 20-mile radius of Fleming Island and Orange Park. We are looking to grow the business and start somebody as a helper until they can understand the equipment/methods of cleaning and take on a schedule of their own as a lead technician. Our company operates year-round with a slow time in the winter months. We stay busy throughout the year working weekends, some holidays, and night jobs a couple times a year. We need someone dedicated to doing a good job that is looking for an opportunity to grow with the company and achieve their goals in life. We want to build you up and pay you what you're worth. Your progress will be reviewed every 30 days with opportunities for raises and bonuses. When you can successfully work on your own and consistently provide good quality with no negative feedback from customers, you will be given the opportunity to be paid a percentage of the work you perform. With this opportunity, we hope to be able to pay up to $1k+ a week. This will have to be earned through dedication and sacrifice. We believe the more you take care of the company, the more the company will take care of you. Supervisor positions will be available in the years to come as the company grows.
Disclaimer:
We work extremely hard, this is physically demanding work that will push you to your limits. The pace we work at is equivalent to a full body workout every single day. You can expect to walk atleast 4 miles a day on average. Paid truck breaks during the hot or rainy times of the year will be allowed, but only if the job is able to be completed by the end of the day. We use diluted bleach to clean 95% of surfaces. During the process of cleaning massive roofs or buildings, you may get covered in it from time to time. We have drains on both trucks to be able to rinse yourself off if needed. We are not like other companies. The company owner has worked around the country in the industry for 12 years competitively. We operate at the highest level by setting the bar higher and higher on what is possible each year. What most companies complete on average in a week we complete in 2 days or less. Be ready to shed some weight and get fit within a few months. Most employees lose an average of 15 to 20 lbs. by the first 3-4 months.
