Position:
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Landscaper Crew Member with a strong focus on flower bed maintenance. This is a hands-on role working directly with the crew lead to provide professional, high-quality landscaping services.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing).
Maintain and refresh flowerbeds: weeding, mulching, planting, and shaping.
Assist with pruning, hedge trimming, and seasonal clean-ups.
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions to ensure quality service on every property.
Requirements:
Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (especially with flowerbeds).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Must pass a background check.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation & Growth:
Starting pay: \$15–\$18/hr (based on experience and background check).
Promotion to full-time: \$20/hr.
Raises: \$1 increase every 6 months for the first 2–3 years with the company.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: Weather makeup day
