Purpose of the Job:
Investigate and repair a variety of low-slope roof types.
Job Duties:
Ability to find and repair all types of low-slope commercial roofs
Perform Service repairs as needed
Perform small contract jobs
Performing inspections with minor preventative maintenance repairs
Communicating with the customers on repairs or inspection status’ and assisting in resolving various issues
Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
Responsible for learning and operating service software (FCS)
Ability to provide accurate information into service software (FCS)
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial roofing experience as an installer or service technician
Experience as a roofing foreman recommended
Ability to obtain OSHA, Man-lift, and Forklift certifications will be required
Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs
Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)
Ability to operate tablet and smartphone
Weekend and/or overnight travel may be required
A good driving record is essential for this position
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
