Lawn care job

I live in Keystone Heights but work out in Middleburg and Orange park. I am looking to hire 1 guy for 3/4 days a week to start and 4/5 once you are trained more. This job is for the guy using the stick equipment(weedeater edger blower). I plan on filling the position mid to late March. I will take in applications for about a week or two to find the best fit. Experience is a plus but not a total deal breaker. Im looking for someone positive with a good attitude. Someone that is on time and doesn't call out very often. This is a must for me. I am a small company and need dependable people. Please do not respond if you are just wanting temporary work, i need someone long term. Down the line opportunities for driving a route might come up. The pay is from $16-18 an hour depending on what you bring to the company. I give a raise after 90 days and another one at the 1 year mark. Ideally someone younger or middle aged so they can handle the heat come summer time. Drug and alcohol free is a must. We work 7-8 hour days most of the time. You need a ride to and from meeting location every morning (somewhere in Keystone Heights will be the meeting spot) I pay people when we start work at the first yard, and the clock stops when we wrap up our last yard. I do not pay for the drive into town, which takes me 35/40 minutes to get to the job site. Please respond to the ad with your name, age, experience. I will respond within a few days.
