The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have a proven track record in the landscaping industry.
As a Lawn and Landscaping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include setting an example in attendance, managing budget versus actual hours, maintaining high customer and crew retention rates, and optimizing the use of software and processes.
To be considered for this position, you must be a proactive leader with a strong work ethic who can effectively communicate with both clients and team members. Knowledge of various landscaping equipment and machinery is essential, as well as the ability to lead crews efficiently and complete projects to the highest standards.
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $29,000 - $32,000, depending on your experience in lawn care, landscaping and team leadership. This position is full-time and year-round, with no layoffs during the slow season. Closed on Sunday. It also provides opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
