Job Details:
Pay: $16/ per hour
Schedule: 4-6 Hrs per day, Monday- Saturday
Responsibilities:
Hold and spin a promotional sign to attract potential renters
Create movement and energy to maximize visibility
Stand in a designated area near the apartment community
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Ensure the sign is visible and legible to passing traffic
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous experience in sign spinning, promotions, or similar roles is a plus but not required
