-Coordinate and conduct an inventory of food, liquor, beverages, and miscellaneous supplies to determine purchase and requisition quantities.

-Supervise food preparation and presentation of dishes, controlling portions to ensure they meet quality and aesthetic standards.

-Ensure to minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs. Every attempt to limit waste is always concerned with food preparation and consistency.

-Supervise compliance with sanitary standards related to food preparation.

-Maintain safe, secure, fire regulations, and a healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.

-Manage personnel issues, evaluate employee performance, organize and direct employee training programs, and develop recruiting processes to hire new employees for the kitchen and other restaurant functions.

-Coach restaurant team members to drive sales and improve profitability and guest satisfaction.

-Coordinate and oversee all tasks related to preparing the facility to start the opening, prepare food service, and kitchen, set up tables, and prepare beverages as needed.

-Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.

-Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the director of operations.

-Communicate politely and professionally with our guests and coworkers, while creating a positive and productive working environment and holding the team accountable to expected results and standards.

-Available to work on weekends and holidays, if necessary.
