Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable overnight Laundry Folder to join our team. This role will consist of folding and organizing freshly laundered items with great care to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is reliable, consistent and can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
-Sort, fold, and organize laundered items (including linens, towels, and personal items) according to company standards.
-Inspect items for quality assurance, removing hair and debris, noting any items requiring special attention (e.g., stains or damages).
-Attempt stain removal on items as needed using approved methods and products.
-Accurately fold towels, linens, and comforters according to Fresh Cycle’s quality standards.
-Ensure all items are completely dry before folding and packaging.
-Match and keep bedding sets together, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases.
-Label items such as bedding with appropriate size (e.g., King, Queen, Twin) and the property address if required.
-Package folded laundry neatly for delivery, ensuring items are ready to meet client expectations.
-Work in a clean, efficient, and organized manner, keeping the folding area tidy.
-Follow company protocols for handling clients' items with respect and care.
-Collaborate with the Fresh Cycle Laundry team to ensure smooth, timely service.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in laundry services, hospitality, or similar fields preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
-Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
-Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shift.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Basic knowledge of stain removal techniques is a plus.
-Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Reliable transportation.
Hourly Rate: $15 per hour.
