Responsibilities include:
Preparing and supervising the preparation of Arabic-style Shawarma, Kebabs, and grilled meats.
Overseeing kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety.
Training and managing kitchen staff.
Maintaining high quality and consistency of dishes.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a chef specializing in Arabic Shawarma and grills.
