Front Desk Associate (Spanish Speaker)

We are looking for one overnight worker and one worker for during the day.Assist guests with check-in and check-out, putting in work orders for rooms that need to be fixed for maintain to receive. Must be able to deal with guest complaints and talk and communicate in a manner that will de-escalate issues.
