Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Fabric Sewer to join our production team in Orange Park, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture high-quality fabric products according to specifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining our standards of durability, precision, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
-Sew, assemble, hem, and reinforce fabric components used in various industrial products.
-Read and interpret work orders, patterns, or design specifications.
-Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
-Make necessary adjustments or repairs to correct issues with stitching or alignment.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines (preferred).
-Ability to read measurements, patterns, and technical specifications.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
