Visual Fx is now hiring a Parts Coordinator/CSR. Responsibilities
Answer phones and communicate via email with customers.
Meet with customers on drop off and complete the necessary paperwork to complete the repair.
Review and order parts for collision repair orders.
Stage parts carts in technician areas.
Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Mirror match all parts that are delivered onsite.
Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts.
Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
Maintain pending credits at zero.
Keep work area clean and well organized.
Update each customer during each phase of the repair process.
Meet and greet customer on final delivery. Print final Invoice and confirm balances due.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Microsoft Word & Excel required
Quickbooks knowledge preferred
CCC experience preferred
Valid Driver's License required
Strong organizational skills
General parts knowledge preferred
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
Successful completion of background check required
