Job Description: Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by answering calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
-RECENT experience in a call center role.
-MUST HAVE experience working in an office or cubical setting.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all languages.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
-Ability to work Independently
-Proficient with basic computer applications and call center software.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.
