Build Something Special - Lead Operations for Growing Tax Resolution Firm
Are you a detail-obsessed accounting professional tired of being just another number at a big firm? We're a profitable, fast-growing tax resolution and accounting services company looking for our first Operations Leader to own all client delivery and build world-class processes.

The Opportunity:
You'll be the operational counterpart to our sales leader, ensuring every client gets A+ service. When he sells, you deliver. When clients rave about us, it's because of the systems you built and the team you lead.
What You'll Own:
✓ Quality control for all tax resolution cases, bookkeeping, and tax prep
✓ Managing and training our India-based bookkeeping team
✓ Building processes that scale from 50 to 500 clients
✓ Creating the "Fulfillment Playbook" for every service we offer
✓ Ensuring client work is perfect before it goes out the door
✓ Developing our Gainesville operations center (future)
Your First 90 Days:
✓ Audit current processes and identify gaps
✓ Establish daily check-ins with India team
✓ Create quality checklists for each service line
✓ Implement client communication standards
✓ Build reporting dashboards for leadership
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
✓ CPA, EA, or similar credential (or CPA-eligible)
✓ 7+ years in tax/accounting (tax resolution experience is gold)
✓ QuickBooks expertise (ProAdvisor certification ideal)
✓ Experience managing remote teams or offshore resources
✓ Systems-thinking mindset - you see patterns and build solutions
✓ Comfortable with technology and process automation
Nice-to-Haves:
✓ Tax resolution or IRS representation experience
✓ Big 4 or regional firm background
✓ Experience scaling operations in growing companies
✓ Bilingual (Hindi/English) helpful but not required

Compensation & Growth:

Location:
Gainesville-based preferred, but will consider remote for exceptional candidates willing to relocate within 6-12 months. Some travel to India may be required in year two (fully paid).
