THIS IS A FULL-TIME IN OFFICE (NO REMOTING) POSITION
Contractor located in Jacksonville FL is seeking a hands-on experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper.
The Candidate must have solid communication skills. Attention to detail is essential. This position requires at least five (5) years of construction related experience with a thorough knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise and Quickbooks On-line (We use both versions of Quickbooks). You will be trained by current employee for about 7 months until they retire.
You will be responsible for all of the following:
Payroll (Weekly)
General Ledger Account
Journal Entries
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts & Credit Card Statements
Account Payable with taking discounts
Moving Funds Intercompany between Accounts
Making sure accounts are setup correctly including Inventory
All Financial Statements
Work with CPA for Year-end
Building Permits
Notary
Word Perfect & Excel - A Must
