The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company by performing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The role involves entering vendor invoices, performing three-way matching, and processing high volume transactions, and bank reconciliations. Post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Verify and reconcile invoices and payment requests.
Prepare and send out customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Porcessing high volume invoices and PO'S.
