We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Contractor to help maintain the grounds and facilities at three commercial and self-storage properties in Alachua County. This part-time position offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
Details:
Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour, with additional pay for larger projects
Flexible Schedule: Work on your own time, unless coordination with tenants is required
Responsibilities:
Keep grounds clean and tidy
Cleaning out vacant units
Perform painting and drywall repairs
Replace door seals
Conduct light janitorial services
Handle minor landscaping tasks
Take on other general maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Must have your own tools
Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage
Prior experience with maintenance tasks is a plus
