We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Client's team in Gainesville, FL. This is a temp or temp-to-hire position with an immediate start. If you’re a skilled Leasing professional and have experience with OneSite Property Management software, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
-Tuesday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective residents with tours and inquiries.
- Process applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in OneSite Property Management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills and proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Familiarity with OneSite Property Management software (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay rate is $21.00/hour. Weekly pay with taxes deducted.
- Opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement.
