Live in Caretaker

In search of a live in caretaker for an 85 year old Lady, who is physically functional at 100% but memory is slipping. Prefer an older male or female who is in need of companionship, near Waldo. Preparing meals, help with laundry and light cleaning will be necessary. Days off will be available as well. Willing to offer room and board with all food and amenities provided plus a small negotiable salary.
