LMHC or RMHCI under supervision to work with clients for psychotherapy in an office setting and/or remotely. Can work remotely part time and do online or tele-therapy. Familiarity with medicaid requirements and documentation standards is important for this job. Also, a background in working with people on the autism spectrum may be helpful. The ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and to manage emergency and crisis situations if they arise are all needed for this job. If you have worked with people with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental illness please include this in your cover letter. A background in forensic work is also a plus. Please note if your specialty is working with children, teens, adults, or couples. There may be an opportunity to work with animal assisted therapy with dogs and/or horses and to participate in a gardening program or with play therapy. An interest in research is a plus.
