Apply now by sending your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 7 PM - 7 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesThis position requires the ability to repair, maintain and install production machinery, with focus on electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting.As a result, the right candidate will have the knowledge in panel building, ladder logic troubleshooting, motor controls and VFD installation, ability to connect to and troubleshoot AB PLC's and panels, as well as essential mechanical skills.PLC program changes along with writing and implementing advanced logic is a plus but not required.The successful candidate will use multimeters, amp probes, and other tools to troubleshoot electrical problems.Quick line changeovers are also performed as necessary by this position. To be successful, the individual will be familiar with electrical schematics, ladder logic and various electrical drawingsThe essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
Skills
electrical systems (5 years of experience is preferred)
VFD installation (5 years of experience is preferred)
AB PLC's and panels (5 years of experience is preferred)
use multimeters, amp probes (5 years of experience is preferred)
ladder logic troubleshooting (5 years of experience is preferred)
electrical schematics (5 years of experience is preferred)
preventive maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
