The position’s anticipated start date is Fall 2024.Duties and responsibilities include teaching, revising, and developing undergraduate engineering courses and laboratories/facilities in following areas: Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Dynamics Laboratories; Capstone Design and Capstone Design Realization Laboratory; Design and Manufacturing Laboratory; and other related aspects of mechanical and/or aerospace engineering. The candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in department, university, and professional service activities and educational research activities.The MAE department is specifically looking for candidates with a passion for teaching and a desire to develop and/or continue a career in the pedagogy of experiential engineering education.
