Lauderdale, FL and will travel to support the fleet.Under limited guidance, position directs a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. This position leads internal and external resources to execute maintenance work with direct accountability for safety, environment, quality, schedule, and cost. The individual is expected to apply rigor, discipline, and focus in following standardized processes and procedures, while continuously applying a lean and quality improvement mindset to improve the process. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment and be skilled in understanding and resolving technical issues, including for unplanned scope.
