Dispatch Assistant (Hialeah)

The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Logistics Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Logistics Department. This includes ensuring sites meet quality, performance, and cost control standards.
Responsibilities:
·Manage driver schedules
·Track freight and schedule delivery appointments
·Assist the Logistics Manager with administrative tasks when needed
·Other duties as assigned
Language: English and Spanish required
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; previous experience in a similar position preferred. College degree preferred but not required. Small business environment with a flexible schedule that may include holidays.
