Overview: Our company is seeking a hands-on Remodeling Supervisor to lead and collaborate with our dynamic team of tradespeople. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, a solid working knowledge across multiple trades, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day job site operations and ensure project timelines and standards are met
Work side-by-side with team members on remodeling tasks, setting the pace and tone for quality and efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers crew members, subcontractors, and project managers
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Troubleshoot onsite challenges and proactively solve problems
Maintain professional conduct and represent our company with integrity
Qualifications:
General knowledge across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and electrical
Proven leadership experience in a construction or remodeling setting
Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
