Top Cut USA, a leading landscape maintenance company serving over 4,000 homes across Naples and Bonita Springs, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective application of pest control treatments to lawns, shrubs, and ornamental plants. This is a key role that supports our commitment to delivering exceptional landscape health and appearance for our clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Z-Spray machine
Strong knowledge of pest control products and application techniques
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
Weekly salary ranging from $1,000 to $1,200, based on experience
Full-time position with opportunities for advancement
