The Club at La Peninsula is a 7 building condominium association located at the end of Isles of Capri in South Naples. We are actively looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician who is a motivated, self-starter and has working knowledge doing minor repairs like electrical, painting, plumbing and carpentry. The Technician will also be involved and help write specifications working closely with vendors. The Tech must have speak English (Spanish as a second language is a plus). They must also be familiar with using a PC and computer skills (Word, etc)
Salary range will be $50K to $70K depending on experience level.
