Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our real estate company. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our properties to ensure they are in good condition and provide a pleasant experience for tenants and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general handyman work.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle emergency repairs quickly to minimize disruptions and ensure tenant safety.
- Assist with property renovations and remodeling projects.
- Must have adequate inventory of your own tools.
- Have reliable transportation, truck or van preferred
- Follow safety guidelines and document all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role preferred.
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general handyman skills.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina for lifting and working in different conditions.
- Organizational skills for inventory management.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Clean driving record with valid identification.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- At least two years of relevant work experience required.
