The Carpet Cleaning Technician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage cleaning tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess relevant certifications. This person should be flexible to schedule changes and communicate with anticipation for any scheduling changes on their end.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Conduct pre-cleaning assessments to determine the best approach for each job.
- Apply stain and pre-cleaning treatments as necessary.
- Safely move and reset furniture to access areas that require cleaning.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment properly, ensuring regular maintenance and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide updates on job progress.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and any additional services provided.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Relevant certifications in carpet cleaning or related fields are preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $20 per hour plus bonuses and commissions after training ends, eligible for raise once a year. Training (4-8 weeks).
- After training the technician will go through a probationary period determined by the company and salary can be anywhere from $22-$25 per hour.
- Bonuses will be given based on individual, team and company performance
- Performance evaluations will be done periodically throughout the year.
