High-end custom cabinet shop seeking skilled craftsmen to join our team. Ideal candidates should posses a myriad of skills, and be able to produce a higher than standard finished product.
Requirements :
Posses a minimum of 3 years of experience in woodworking and assembly hardware.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, assembly instructions, and effectively using measurement tools.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control.
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds without the need for accommodation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
Duties :
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools. Including, but not limited to table saws, drivers, drill presses, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and other various wood fabricating and fastening equipment.
Precisely cut boards to exact specifications required.
Skillfully assemble cabinets, drawers, hinge doors, and other components with precision.
Conduct baseline adjustments.
Verify that the assembled cabinet meets the required size and quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of finished products.
Identify and rectify defects and errors.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Apply edge banding.
