Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Mechanic who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and machinery. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with small line concrete pumps, a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with management and team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
