Job Summary:
Merle Norman Cosmetics & Spa in Naples, Florida, is seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and providing exceptional therapeutic massage treatments to our clients in a serene and relaxing spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialty treatments as requested.
Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly to address specific concerns and goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards to ensure a positive and rejuvenating experience for every client.
Work collaboratively with estheticians and other spa professionals to provide a seamless wellness experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and new services.
Manage client records and follow proper documentation procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) and compliance with state regulations.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required.
