Job Overview:
We’re seeking someone experienced in selling to hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth by coaching team members, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a results-driven culture. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions on your own sales and overrides on team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of sales professionals using our proven new homeowner sales model.
- Motivate and mentor team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Personally contribute to sales by closing deals and earning commissions on installed systems.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, sales training, or team leadership, preferably in home security or a related industry.
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to travel for training sessions as needed.
- Familiarity with ADT products and services is a plus but not required.
