Job Opportunity: Part-Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented office assistant to join our team as a part-time Employee. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our business operations, working closely with our project management and design teams, and providing assistance to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
Assist project managers and designers with daily tasks and project tracking
Support the Office Manager with administrative duties as needed
Maintain office organization and help ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
Experience in scheduling or project management is a plus
Position Details:
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
