The Administrative Assistant position works directly for the owner and broker of the Realty. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks that can and will change day to day and hour by hour. These tasks include but are not limited to - assisting owners, assisting team members, meeting inspectors and photographers at different locations, answer phones emails, texts, and other forms of communications, social media posts, write contract, and anything that will assist the broker and team with the success and growth of the company.

We prefer the applicant to have prior work experience as an administrative assistant and we would consider it a big plus if they have worked for companies in real estate, property management, or remodeling.
