Job Responsibilities:
Take calls from clients and managers.
Assist with processing daily reports and data entry.
Creates and prints correspondences, reports, and other documents when necessary.
Scheduling of building inspections.
Billing and invoicing.
Assist with processing of permits.
Will provide a level of support to our company by helping with various marketing activities, enhancing our brand presence, and promoting our products and services.
keeping promotional materials updated, assisting in the design of printed materials, helping prepare signage and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Some College
Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the engineering/construction industry
Previous experience with Building Inspections and/or municipalities
Bilingual a positive (English/Spanish)
