About the Role:
USA Law Center is actively seeking qualified, licensed attorneys to support our long-standing Federal Debt Elimination Program. This unique legal initiative challenges unsecured credit card debt through federal statutes and procedures—distinct from debt settlement or negotiation.
Our typical clients are individuals with significant credit card debt who are seeking legitimate legal remedies beyond traditional debt relief options. As a participating attorney, you’ll provide strategic oversight, ensure compliance, and guide legal processes remotely with minimal time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and oversee assigned client matters via our secure online CRM system
Provide legal guidance to ensure compliance with federal standards and procedures
Oversee documentation accuracy and integrity
Oversee paralegals in advanced debt validation procedures
Apply your knowledge of federal statutes related to debt elimination to real-world client scenarios
Compensation:
$200–$4,000 per day, based on case volume and level of engagement
Flexible hours; average daily time commitment is 1–4 hours
Monday through Friday schedule (no weekends required)
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state
Experience in consumer protection, litigation, or related federal law preferred
Familiarity with federal credit reporting and debt validation laws is a strong asset
Proficient with remote work tools and secure client management systems
Strong sense of ethics and professionalism
