TO DO LIST:
Supports the Production Department and company as a whole by completing all tasks assigned in a time efficient and professional manner
Accurately assesses leaks, repairs and other issues and correct them in a cost effective and timely manner
Generates accurate bids and estimates from the field for new repairs
Reviews project sites for workmanship completion and adherence to company installation expectations
Maintains clear communication with all crews, employees, management, and clients
Maintains all vehicles, equipment and work spaces in use for this position
Aids in any task required by the Production Department or the company in regard to maintenance programs
Exhibits a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with any person(s) associated with company operations and this position. This includes other employees, property owners, city officials, crews, etc.
Operates with integrity and honesty at all times
Works with appropriate managers and other management staff as needed to meet goals of the company.
Review, analyze, and communicate operational results of all personal effort weekly
SKILL SET:
MUST have prior roofing service and repair experience
MUST have a current Florida DL
