Handyman abilities require maintenance of landscape, irrigation, woodworking, plumbing, electrical and general aesthetics of home and surrounding areas. This is a five-acre, two home estate that needs more care than the owner has time for.
The position is predominately hands on outside, so you must be in good health: APPROXIMATELY 95% HANDYMAN-GENERAL LABOR AND 5% PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: i.eInfrequent scheduling of contractors when and if needed.
