Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter who is also proficient in powerwashing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and powerwashing services. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and/or powerwashing as needed.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Ensure proper mixing and matching of paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Complete assigned projects within specified deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools after each use.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Professional Painter with expertise in both interior and exterior painting.
Proficiency in powerwashing techniques and equipment operation.
Strong knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application methods.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Possession of own painting tools and equipment is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
Pay:
Starting pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based incentives. Candidates with their own tools will be given preference.
