Job Description:
Premier Home Services, a division of Premier Property Management, is launching its HVAC services team — and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants more than just a job. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to help build a business from the start and grow with us as we expand across Southwest Florida.
The right candidate will not only handle day-to-day maintenance and repair requests but also play a key role in shaping how we deliver best-in-class service to our property owners and tenants. What You’ll Do:
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve heating, cooling, and ventilation issues.
Handle a variety of service requests generated by our property management division.
Replace/install system components (compressors, motors, filters, thermostats, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
Document all work and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Work directly with ownership to establish efficient service processes and customer standards.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of HVAC service/repair experience preferred.
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A motivated self-starter who can work independently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Desire to grow with the company into leadership roles as we expand.
