Responsibilities
Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing materials.
Carry out cabinet installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Install siding on buildings, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Assist with electrical installations as needed, following safety protocols.
Execute frame carpentry tasks for building structures such as walls, roofs, and floors.
Conduct water damage restoration work to repair affected areas efficiently.
Lay tile in various settings, ensuring a smooth finish and proper placement.
Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods including framing, finishing, and installation.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
