Parts Department Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish)
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Parts Department Assistant.
This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, as you will be interacting with a diverse customer base. Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and locating necessary parts.
Process sales orders, including taking payments and preparing invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, Ordering and organizing parts.
Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Translate documents and conversations between English and Spanish as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Keep the parts department clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Previous experience in a parts department or related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and carry heavy objects.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
