Front desk/General Office Bilingual Eng/Span

BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) full time position for a fast paced Pediatric office. We are looking for a RELIABLE individual for a front desk/receptionist position. Pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, STRONG WORK ETHIC, ability to multi-task with a smile and attention to detail is essential. Applicant must be proficient at entering, updating and ensuring accuracy of patient's demographics, diagnoses, insurance information, etc. We are a close knit team so flexibility to assist with other departments is essential. This position does not require any previous clinical experience but those without must be motivated and quick learners. We are willing to train the right candidate, MUST SPEAK ENGLISH and SPANISH.
