We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wood Fire Grill Chef to join our dynamic team at our Argentinian restaurant known for traditional cuts, bold flavors, and a commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in wood fire grilling techniques (parrilla experience preferred)
Knowledge of Argentinian cuts such as asado, entraña, vacio, and bife de chorizo
Ability to maintain consistency, proper temperatures, and top-tier presentation
Bilingual – Spanish & English preferred
High attention to detail, sanitation, and kitchen organization
Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a traditional wood fire grill
Cook meats to order, ensuring authentic Argentinian flavor and doneness
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
Monitor grill temperatures and wood supply
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times
